Washing Instructions

1. Embroidered items should be washed with a mild detergent in cold water on a delicate cycle and dried on a low temperature. If you need to iron an item, set the iron at a moderate temperature and iron on the back of the embroidery.
2. Ribbon item clothes may be either hand washed or machine washed on a delicate setting in cold water. Ribbon Accessories can be spot cleaned - baby wipes work well! Or an old toothbrush and some mild soap.
3. Ribbon Sandals: Scotch Guard with a Fabric & Leather Scotch Guard product. Spot clean your ribbon sandals with a baby wipe or an old toothbrush with mild soap (don’t get the leather peanut wet). Soles can be rinsed with soap and water.
4. Please handle your wood and glass product(s) with care. To clean, use a soft, damp cloth instead of chemical cleaners which can damage the paint. Treat your glassware, as you would fine china, and Hand Wash Only. Do NOT submerge in water or clean with harsh abrasive materials. Do not place any hand painted glassware in dishwasher or microwave. 

Personalization

CCC Gifts products are made to order, therefore, personalized items are NOT returnable. Please be sure to check for accuracy before you submit your order as items that have spelling or sizing errors will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Personalized and custom order items may only be returned if they are defective, damaged or we have made an error. If a personalized or custom item is defective we will replace it with the identical item.

Paint Information

Painted items are done one at a time, so there may be slight variations in color and design from piece to piece.
