Q: Do you have a catalog that can be mailed to me?
A: Not at this time. Please email us at
sales@cccgifts.com or call us at 703-368-4171 for additional information about our products.

Q: Why are the shipping times different from product to product?
A: Most of our items are personalized and made upon receipt of your order. CCC Gifts and our vendors have different time frames for completion.

Q: Is it possible to rush an order so that it arrives ahead of the estimated shipping timeframe?
A: Yes. Please contact us via email at
sales@cccgifts.com . Please let us know the date and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply.

Q: Can an order be cancelled after it is placed?
A: Orders are submitted to our vendors right away so once an order is placed and is in production it cannot be cancelled. However, if you contact us quickly and it has not been placed into production we may be able to cancel your order.

Q. Do you offer custom designs?
A. Yes! We are happy to work with you on creating a design which can be placed on stationery, apparel, or gifts. An additional fee will apply for custom designs. Please contact us at

Q: I made a mistake when I placed my customized order. What do I need to do to correct it?
A: Contact us immediately at
sales@cccgifts.com or 703-368-4171. We will check if the item is in production and inform you if a change can be made. Please note that an additional fee may be required in order to make a change. Please check your order very carefully before sending it to avoid these situations. Note that if the order has already been completed, we are unable to replace it with the corrected version unless you are willing to pay for another item.

Q. How do I place an order?
A. You can place an order in any of the following ways:

  1. Through our Secure Online Shopping Cart: CCC Gifts uses a secure server with encrypted coding to access your payment information when you make a purchase using our convenient online shopping cart. All online orders will be confirmed via e-mail.
  2. By Telephone: Please call us at 703-368-4171 during normal business hours (9am-4pm, EST) and we can take your order over the phone with a credit card.
  3. By Fax: Orders may be faxed to CCC Gifts at 703-369-3032. Please fax a copy of the online order page along with your credit card information.
  4. Through the Mail: To place an order by mail, please call us to obtain shipping information. We will need a personal or cashier's check, or your credit card information with mail orders. Please allow 7-10 days for personal checks to clear before orders will be shipped.
