This tutu is made of many fluffy layers of Hot Pink tulle.

At the waist is a big Green & Pink polka dotted bow.

Keep in mind that the x small tutu is 6" long and the others are 12" long.
We can always put a smaller waist in the 12" tutu if you wish.
