A photo/memory quilt is a wonderful way to remember a loved one who has passed or celebrate a special occasion like Gotcha Day, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Wedding Anniversary, Graduation, Birthdays, etc.

This listing is for a Throw size, block style, custom made photo quilt with UP TO 9 photo blocks. I will design the quilt to meet your needs and specifications.

The quilt picture is an EXAMPLE only. You can choose fabric color(s) and picture layout. Pictures are heat transfered onto white fabric blocks. Finished quilt size is approx. 60" x 60" (throw sized). The quilt blocks are machine stitched/pieced, and the quilt is hand quilted around each block.

You may also substitute a photo for a poem or anything else that can be scanned.

Your photos may be color or black and white or both. I do ask that the pictures be in good condition and not too small. The larger the picture, the clearer the end result will be.

You may send the photos by e-mail to dcullenpage@cccgifts.com or by USPS. If you send them by USPS, please purchase insurance for your envelope as I am not responsible for lost mail. I will return the photos with the finished quilt, unharmed.

When I receive the pictures and specifications, I will design a quilt and e-mail you the layout for approval. When a quilt design has been decided I will then buy the fabric and begin your quilt.
