Payment/Shipping/Returns

Payment

Customers can pay by Visa, Mastercard, check, or money order. CCC Gifts uses Authorize.net for all credit card purchases. If you want to pay by check or money order, simply mail, email or fax me your order. I will contact you about cost. Your order will be processed when payment clears. Third party checks cannot be accepted. I am required to collect Sales Tax on products delivered within the State of Virginia. The tax rate is 5%.

Shipment

Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be processed, personalized and shipped. If an item is back ordered, you will be notified of an anticipated ship date. We ship by US Priority Mail which normally takes 2-3 days. If you need an item overnight there will be an increase in shipping charges.

Some of our items ship directly from our vendors and will arrive at separate times in different shipments. They may also use different carriers (USPS (First Class/Priority), UPS, Fed Ex, etc). We will keep you posted on shipping dates.

Returns

a.      Non Personalized Items:

We love our products and hope you will too! However if you are not satisfied, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return authorization. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment minus shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee. Purchase must be returned in original, unopened, and un-used condition. Returns will not be accepted without prior arrangement and shipping charges are non-refundable. Returning an item is the responsibility of the purchaser, we do not accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit to us (you may want to insure your package) or in any other circumstances beyond our control.

b.      Personalized and Custom Order Items

CCC Gifts products are made to order, therefore, personalized items are NOT returnable. Please be sure to check for accuracy before you submit your order as items that have spelling or sizing errors will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Personalized and custom order items may only be returned if they are defective, damaged or we have made an error. If a personalized or custom item is defective we will replace it with the identical item.

c.      Damaged Items

We make every effort to package your items carefully. If you receive an item damaged in transit, please save the item and packaging materials so that we can alert the shipper. Additionally, contact us within 3 days at sales@cccgifts.com or call 703-368-4171 for return authorization. We will make every effort to get you a replacement item as soon as possible but please understand the customized nature of many of our products.
